Our mission
Handcrafted games, engineered to last
We started FantasyNexusStudio in 2017 above a coffee roaster in the CBD, chasing one idea: games should feel made by humans, not assembled by committee. Today we build our titles on an in-house engine, ship playable prototypes in weeks, and treat every line of tooling as part of the craft.

What we do
Services built for game teams
Fixed-scope engagements with real timelines and Australian-dollar pricing.

End-to-end development of your title on our NexusForge engine: design, art, code, audio integration, and store submission. Typical indie scope runs 6–12 months with a playable vertical slice delivered inside the first 8 weeks.
Bespoke level editors, asset pipelines, and build automation for teams outgrowing off-the-shelf tools. We fold our internal NexusForge tech into your workflow, with source handover and a 4-week support window included.
A focused two-week sprint to turn a concept into a playable, testable build. You get daily builds, a Friday playtest, and a documented findings report. Ideal for pitching to publishers or validating a mechanic before committing.
Post-launch support, patch pipelines, and platform ports across PC, Switch, and mobile. We handle certification requirements and keep your update cadence steady so the community stays engaged.

“Tidecaller is the first RPG in years that made me stop and just look at the water. You can feel the hand-painted work in every frame.”

Publisher, Sydney
“We brought FantasyNexusStudio a rough pitch and they returned a playable vertical slice in nine weeks. That build is what got the deal signed.”
January 2025
Carlton, VIC
“The Driftwood Dungeon co-op loop is dangerously good. My flatmates and I have sunk 60 hours into early access already.”
February 2025
Indie dev, Brunswick
“Their NexusForge tooling cut our build times in half. Clean handover, real docs, and they actually answered support emails.”
